40% Oil Modified Urethane Wood Floor Seal/Finish – Clear Satin, Low VOC

One component, solventborne finishes designed to protect and beautify a variety of interior
wood surfaces including maple, oak, cherry, pine, and parquet. These coatings exhibit a
light amber cast that enhances the warmth and depth of the wood. They are highly
resistant to abrasion, scuffing, marring, and repeated cleaning. They display a pleasing,
soft sheen that is ideal for floors, cabinets, woodwork, doors, staircases, furniture and
many other wood surfaces around the home. They are also great for use in classrooms,
offices, showrooms and other areas where a tough, durable wood coating is needed.
