The Duratool Durafoam 10″ floor trim pad gives sports floor contractors a dedicated tool for the part of a recoat that a full-width applicator can’t reach: the perimeter. Use it to cut in finish along walls, baseboards, and corners before running your main applicator across the field of play, so the edges get the same even coat as the center of the court.

The 10″ Durafoam pad holds finish and lays it down smoothly, and it works with both water-based and oil-based products, so the same tool covers most of the finish systems you’ll put down on a wood gym floor. The handle is threaded and accepts most standard extension poles, letting you work the perimeter standing up rather than on your knees. When the pad wears out, you replace the pad, not the tool: the handle is refillable with the Duratool 8041 10″ refill pad.
