The E-Z Way 2-1/2 Gallon Polyethylene Tank is a crucial replacement component for maintaining the performance of your K-450 E-Z Way Applicator. With its dual valve system and high capacity, it ensures that high-solids finishes are applied smoothly and efficiently, saving time and labor on large projects. Keep your applicator functioning optimally and achieve professional-quality results with this reliable replacement tank.

Lambskin Technologies Synthetic Lambswool Applicator Pads are 24″x7″ replacement pads for applying water-based gym floor finishes, water-modified urethane coatings, and compatible sport floor topcoats on wood basketball courts and athletic floors. The synthetic lambswool fibers help spread finish evenly without the excessive absorption often associated with natural wool.

Off-the-shelf applicator systems do not always fit every custom workflow or specialized T-bar setup. The EZ-500 Dual Valve Tank Assembly provides the high-performance core of our professional system for those who prefer to build their own custom applicator. Featuring 100% 304 stainless steel components and an external control design, this assembly eliminates the mechanical failures common in modified poly-tanks. It allows you to integrate a professional-grade, gravity-fed delivery system into your existing equipment, ensuring a controlled, contamination-free finish application every time.

If you’ve been searching for a reliable replacement for the discontinued E-Z Way K-450 applicator, the EZ Finish Pro EZ-450 gives contractors and facility teams a modern gravity-fed system for applying high-solids gym floor finishes.

Built with 304 stainless steel valves, PTFE seals, a translucent 2.5-gallon tank, and a 24-inch lambswool applicator pad, the EZ-450 helps one operator apply smooth, consistent finish on basketball courts, gymnasiums, hardwood dance floors, and other wood sport surfaces.

This reusable Jobsite Case is designed to securely house a Smart Sensor (sold separately) for monitoring temperature and relative humidity (RH) of concrete or subfloor conditions—either invasively or non-invasively. Once installation is complete, simply transfer the sensor to the back of a plank or embed it into the substrate for continued monitoring. With one device and one app, you can track conditions from start to finish and long after, adding efficiency and peace of mind for you and your customers.

Achieve precise and safe smart sensor installations with the SmartPlank Installation Kit. Designed for professionals, this kit includes a clamping jig and 1/2” shank router bit, allowing for accurate routing on boards up to 11” wide. Ideal for wood flooring projects requiring meticulous sensor placement.

In precision flooring environments such as gyms, basketball and racquetball courts, and high-end residential spaces, improper moisture and temperature control can lead to warping, cupping, and even voided warranties. The SmartPlank PRO Kit provides automatic data logging that helps you comply with MFMA RH and temperature standards, giving you the documentation you need to validate installation conditions and support warranty claims. By eliminating manual checks and allowing remote access, you reduce labor, streamline compliance, and deliver higher-quality installations.
