Return Policy for Items Shipped from Our Pickerington, OH Warehouse
- Eligibility: Only items shipped from our Pickerington, OH warehouse are eligible for returns. We note the shipping warehouse on each product page for reference.
- Return Period: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in the original packaging and show no signs of use to qualify for a refund or store credit.
- Authorization: All returns must be authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

- Return Shipping: Gym Floor Resource is not responsible for return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the cost of return freight.

- Gym Floor Wall Base and/or Corners
- Resilient Floor Pads
- Flooring Systems
- Scrubbers and Buffers
- Floor Finishes and Coatings

- Items shipped from other warehouses are not eligible for return under this policy.
- For items damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can arrange an exchange.
- We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
